Stornee provides an AI-powered, camera-first inventory management platform. The Service includes mobile applications, web interfaces, cloud storage, and AI processing capabilities designed to help businesses manage physical inventory.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. AI-Generated Results

Stornee uses artificial intelligence to recognize and count inventory items. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results are provided "as is" and should be verified for critical business decisions. Stornee is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated inventory data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stornee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
